If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This policy applies to all customers who have purchased a PPResume Pro plan.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have purchased a Pro plan within the last 14 days
  • You must not have violated any terms of service during the Pro plan period

Exclusions

Please note that the following are not eligible for a refund:

  • All customers who have already submitted more than 3 refund requests
  • All customers who have already created more than 3 resumes

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@ppresume.com
  • Use the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Please include your account email address and a berief reason for the refund request in the body of the email
  • Our customer support team will review your request and contact you within 3–5 business days

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. If your refund is approved, the refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted here and will be effective immediately upon posting.
